Position Summary
The holder of the position (m/f) will be part of the dynamic tenders department for Werfen in Iberia and responsible for price applications (telf/fax/mail/ platforms), management, receptions and replies contact internal and external costumers. In addition maintenance of price updates, and price discrepancies. Management of offers and prices and related tasks

Min Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a customer service department or division within the Healthcare sector is a plus
- High school degree
- User-level computer skills (Office, SAP)
- Quality system
- Knowledge of basic administration
- Experience in costumer service and/or as sales assistant
- Language fluency: Spanish, English, Catalan
