Disclosure on the processing of personal data for the Contacts Us section on the werfen.com/es website


Information for users of the werfen.com/es website site (hereinafter the "site"), in relation to the processing of personal data, pursuant to Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Italian Personal Data Protection Code).

Dear Users, 
this page describes the methods for managing the Site in reference to processing the personal data of people who consult it (hereinafter the "User", or "Users"). Further information on data processing are indicated in the Privacy Policy.

A. Purpose for processing the dataInstrumentation Laboratory Spa (hereinafter also the "Company" or the "Controller") with registered office at Viale Monza 338, Milan, Italy, hereby informs the User that, pursuant to Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (hereinafter also the "Code"), the personal data the User provides through the "Contact Us" section shall be processed exclusively for the following purposes:

  1. to respond to the User's contact request in order to provide the requested information;
  2. subject to prior consent of the User, for promotional and marketing purposes (in short simply "Marketing"), carried out by the Company, via automated means of contact pursuant to Article 130 of the Code (Email, SMS, fax, WhatsApp, etc.), and traditional methods of contact (paper mail or operator assisted calls).

B. The conferral of personal data 
Without prejudice to the personal autonomy of the individual concerned, the conferral, by the User, of personal data marked with an asterisk (*), for the purpose indicated in paragraph A1), is mandatory, being that, in lack thereof, the Company will be unable, in whole or in part, to carry out the request, whereas it is optional for the purposes indicated in paragraph A2), therefore there are no consequences in the event of refusal to provide the data, except for the impossibility of proceeding as indicated. 

C. Data processing place and method
The processing operations associated with the web services c/o the Company’s Milan site and are carried out by the Company itself. Personal data will be processed with automated instruments for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are followed to prevent loss of, the illicit or incorrect use of, and unauthorized access to the data.

D. Scope for the communication of personal data
The personal data provided by the User, by filling in this "Contact Us” section, may be communicated in Italy and in the member states of the EU, exclusively for the purposes indicated in paragraph A) hereof, to the following entities:
- Companies of the Werfen Corporation, of which Instrumentation Laboratory Spa belongs, subsidiaries and associates, located in Italy and in member states of the EU, the list of which is available on demand;
- Third parties, appointed by the Company to carry out activities directly associated with or instrumental to the provision of services, requested through the Site;
- to internal and external data supervisors, to data processes in the Marketing Department and to administrators.

G. Data Controller and Data Supervisor
The data controller is "Instrumentation Laboratory Spa", in the person of its legal representative pro tempore, with registered office at Viale Monza 338, Milan, Italy, Tel +39-02-25221, e-mail privacy@werfen.com, website it.werfen.com. The Data Supervisor is the Human Resources Manager, who can be contacted at the Company addresses indicated above, and whom the User may contact in order to exercise his or her rights pursuant to Article 7 of the Code. 

H. Data subject rights
As an interested party, the User may exercise the rights set forth in Article 7 of the Code, fully set forth in the Privacy Policy. Moreover, in that same capacity of data subject, if, in the future, the User decides to object to the data processing for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1(b) implemented through Automated Means of Contact, such objection shall also extend to Traditional Means of Contact, without prejudice to the possibility to exercise this right to object only in part and therefore for one of the two means of contact (Automated or Traditional).
