About the Position
Job Summary
This position is part of the Cybersecurity Team that is in charge of planning and executing security-related activities across multiple product development teams with the aim of minimizing the number of vulnerabilities introduced during the software development cycle and provide security-related support for on-market products. The Cybersecurity Lead Engineer acts a technical reference and manages a team
Key Accountabilities
Apply available project resources, as defined in the Cybersecurity plan
Ensure the members of the team to understand their roles and responsibilities
Guide team in the communication with the stakeholders
Lead Cybersecurity team following defined priorities
Analyze technical problems and challenges. Propose and design solutions to overcome these situations successfully
Apply methodologies, procedures and encourage habits to promote a secure software development
Provide guidance about Cybersecurity to project teams and act as a mentor for Cybersecurity activities
Provide advanced technical support
Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the team
Identify and promote professional growth actions for the members of the team
Networking/Key relationships
- SW development department to provide support on secure software development
- Quality Assurance department to provide support on security testing
Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
Education: Engineer, computer Science or other Technical degree, or equivalent work experience
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity related with:
Penetration testing
Secure software development
OS Hardening
Additional Skills/Knowledge:
Ethical hacking
Object oriented programming such as Python, C# and Java
Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations
Knowledge on ISO 27001
SW Testing Process and Methodology
Source/version control systems
