About the Position

Job Summary

The position reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and will facilitate the development and foster implementation of key global commercial processes, including Go to Market inititiaves, commercial planning and tracking, operational strategy and performance improvement. This individual will serve as change agent, consolidator and amsassabor for global commercial initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

• Direct access to CCO. Collaborate from concept to implementation, to execution and tracking.

• Partners with Commercial Operations VPs, General Managers, Finance and Marketing to maximize the efficiency of commercial processes that meet business objectives and ensure compliance.

• Ongoing Analysis of commercial opportunities.

• Monitors available business tools (CRM, Tender, Quotation) and participates in process improvement exercises.

• Coordinates scheduling of business review, agenda preparation and other key commercial meetings.

• Collaborates with finance on the budgeting and forecasting annually and for the 3YSP. On a monthly basis analysizes business performance (sales, profitability, etc) to drive efficiencies.

• With Finance colleagues, monitors financial data, and recommends actions that will improve profitability. Also monitors key performance indicators as prepared each year.

• Analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the diagnostics industry.

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar job.

• Proven track record of consistently exceeding expectations.

Travel requirements:

30-40% travel time, as business conditions require
