Objective:
Increase sales by winning, developing and maintaining share of Werfen's strategic lines, through differential technical/scientific arguments, linked to priority accounts (Tier1,2), in close coordination with the Product Specialist, MSL, KAE, and the RSM.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop actions for growth in sales of strategic products based on assigned line of business.
- Displacement actions vs competition and account mapping in the assigned territory.
- Implement business unit strategy with assigned customers.
- Identify and document (mail, activity, CRM, other) opportunities in the customer portfolio in the assigned region.
- Identify and/or create strategic product needs for the organization with a differential value.
- Promote correct and effective communication with the clinical community.
- Organize and participate in scientific dissemination events (clinical conferences, workshops, round tables, webex, among others) in coordination with the Business Unit.
- Have knowledge of the competition in the Mexican Healthcare Market.
- Comply with the company's current processes.
- Negotiate and handle objections appropriately.
- Comply with compliance policies.
- Demonstrate product, reagents and software
- Advise customers in achieving the best configuration of equipment and reagents to ensure optimal/maximum productivity.
- Ensure equipment is 100% up and running with the customer 365 days a year in joint responsibility with clinical support.
- Collaborate in conjunction with the Key Account Executive The weekly, monthly, annual Sales Forecast for your product line.
Key Relationships:
Areas: Marketing, Quality, Bidding, Health Economics, Regulatory Affairs.
Internal Key Relations: KAM, KAE, MSL, RSM.
External Key Relations: Laboratory Section Heads, Hematologists, Critical Area Heads, Managers, Biomedical Departments, IT Departments, Hospital Integrator operators, Healthcare Professionals.
Knowledge and experience required for the position:
- Education/training: QFB, QBP, Biomedical Eng, Biologist, Medicine, allied health fields.
- Experience: 1 Year or more
- Additional Skills/Knowledge: Office, SAP and CRM desirable.
- Language: English B1 CEFR (Common European Framework of reference Languages)
- Travel Requirements: 100% availability
