Tenders Specialist

Job Summary

The holder of the position (m/f) will be part of the dynamic tenders department for Werfen in Portugal and responsible for elaboration of proposals of products distributed by the Group according to established procedures and rules, always promoting the quality of service provided and commercial policy of the company

Key Accountabilities

· Proposal elaboration

· Sending proposals to customers

· Request for information supplementary to proposals

· Archive of proposals

· Registration and closing of Incidents (ZIS)

· Treatment of post-tender process (Adjudications, sending documents, etc.)

Networking/Key relationships

To be determined based on department needs, to include interactions such as:

· Commercial Area;

· Supply Chain;

· Regulatory Affairs

· Tenders & Contracts in Spain

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

• Education : Secondary education or higher
• Experience:

o Knowledge of basic administrative management

o Knowledge of public procurement

o Computer skills at user level (Office, SAP)

o Quality systems

Additional Skills/Knowledge: Language: Portuguese, Spanish and English
