About the Position
Position Summary
The Technical Sales Specialist will be:
- Responsible for sales, promotion and technical support to the customers in order to guarantee the right performance of the Global Solutions.
- Focused on selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Following the marketing actions provided by headquarters for the actual portfolio.
Key Accountabilities
- Promote all Global Solutions assigned.
- Focusing its actions on "Value Selling" and towards the achievement of objectives.
- Perform demonstrations, build trust in our solutions and generate confidence in our products.
- Keep clients updated in new techniques, by providing product information and organizing special visits.
- Train customers and ensure correct performance of the Global Solutions.
- Follow-up of the client looking for new opportunities for growth.
- Be aware of new tenders to be published in the next months.
- Control the level of service offered by the different departments of the Company in the assigned accounts.
- Responsible for a budget assigned, should look for business opportunities.
- Responsible for the technical interpretation of the tender documents and the preparation of the technical documents (in collaboration with PM, Product Specialist, BUM and BLD).
- Control the market price level and send the first offers/tenders proposal to the Managers.
- Complies with the Werfen Code of Ethics. Professionalism is a must and she/he should always work in high standards of deontology and professional ethics.
- Register in CRM Fiori all contacts name and addresses, all opportunities found it in the market, main actions performed with customers and maintain all information updated week by week.
- Search information about the actions of the competition in the region.
- Resolve conflicts/problems that happen with customers in a good fair.
- Solve product incidents at the technical level in coordination with specialists from the Commercial Unit and the manufacturing companies.
- Installation of equipment, in coordination with the Technical Service.
Min Knowledge & Experience required for the position
- Education: Preferably Mid-Higher education graduate from an accredited institution preferable with a major in health-related fields. Preferably nursing.
- Experience: Preferable strong healthcare industry knowledge with minimum of 3 years of work.
Sales and marketing experience in Spanish medical device market will be highly valued.
- Experience in Wound Care field will be also highly valued.
Additional Skills/Knowledge:
- Driving license
- Languages: Spanish and English level B2 or similar.
- Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel,…).
Travel requirements
- Up to 80% of time but depending on the commercial area assigned.
