About the Position
Objetive:
Maintain and Grow Sales by Winning, developing, as well as maintaining and increasing the share of Werfen's strategic lines, through differential technical/scientific arguments and linked to priority accounts (Tier1,2), in close coordination with the Product Specialist, KAE, and RSM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop actions for growth in sales of strategic products based on assigned business line.
- Displacement actions vs. competition and account mapping in the assigned territory.
- Implement business unit strategy with assigned customers.
- Identify and document (mail, activity, CRM, other) opportunities in the customer portfolio in the assigned region.
- Identify and/or create strategic product needs for the organization with a differential value.
- Promote correct and effective communication with the clinical community.
- Organize and participate in scientific dissemination events (clinical conferences, workshops, round tables, webex, among others) in coordination with the Business Unit.
- Link the activities performed with the opportunities created by the Key Account Executive or Key Account Manager in CRM, using sales tools such as "Value Selling".
- Have knowledge of the competition in the Health Market in Mexico.
- Comply with the company's current processes.
- Negotiate and handle objections properly.
- Demonstrate product, reagents and software
- Advise customers on achieving the best configuration of equipment and reagents to ensure optimal/maximum productivity.
- Responsible for meeting the maximum CPM's* of the line of business under his charge.
- Oversee Ensure equipment is up and running with customer 100% 365 days a year in joint responsibility with clinical support.
- Create and send to the Regional Sales Manager weekly, monthly and annual Sales Forecast for your product line.
- Collaborate in conjunction with the Key Account Executive The weekly, monthly, annual Sales Forecast for their product line.
Key Relationships:
Areas: Marketing, Quality, Bidding, Health Economics, Regulatory Affairs.
Internal Key Relations: KAM, KAE, MSL, RSM.
External Key Relations: Laboratory Section Heads, Hematologists, Critical Area Heads, Managers, Biomedical Departments, IT Departments, Hospital Integrator operators, Healthcare Professionals.
Required for the position:
- Education/training: related to Clinical area or Chemistry Degree Completed.
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year
- Additional Skills/Knowledge: Office, SAP and CRM desirable.
- Language: English
- Travel requirements:100% availability.
