Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
- To achieve the sales and commercial targets established by the Company.
- They act coordinating with the KAM.
- Continued attention to the customer, providing product information, encouraging the cross-selling, working actively to reduce the risk of complaints.
- To offer advice to the customer to improve the Laboratory organization.
- They keep the KAM informed of any opportunity, detected danger and performances of the competition in the assigned customers.
- To provide the configuration of the equipment that suit the best to the needs of the
- customer.
- To introduce new techniques, based on cost/efficiency.
- To keep the training level of the users of our analyzers.
- To build up trust in our solutions and, therefore, in our Company.
- To coordinate installations, interacting with the different departments involved: Logistics, Technical service, Product Managers, etc. …
- To coordinate the courses to train the customers.
- The follow-up of the customer looking for new growth opportunities.
- To check the service level offered by the different departments of the Company assigned Centers.
- To manage the documentation derived from the training and installations according to the quality criteria set by the Company.
- To fulfil the Ethics Code of WerfenLife
- Analyzes and agrees the objectives of the BU and proposes, together with the other SASs in the area, actions, and strategies to achieve them.
- Help develop, together with the KAMs, action plans or key actions to achieve BU objectives in clients.
- Proposes activities in the area to help consolidate the image of Werfen as a company specialized in its BU. Takes part of the organization of these activities together with the AM and BPM.
- Brings together the experiences of the different SASs in the area and proposes to the Bus corrective actions and / or improvement in the development of the activity.
- Participates actively in the preparation of public tenders in all its phases (advice to the rest of the SAS and clients in the important points, collaboration with other SASs, KAMs and BUs, etc ...)
- Together with the KAM and BU, analyzes the positioning of the company in price, participation and technological solutions and / or proposals.

Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
- Advanced degree in Biology, Medicine or Pharmacy.
- Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Spanish valued (Portugal)
- Knowledge of Portuguese valued (Spain)
