Overview

Job Summary

Defines and implements strategies addressed to market requirements for the product menu. Performs product management of a dedicated product line. Prepares a marketing support program for a specific product, product line, or product area. Coordinates it implementation with technical service, logistics, contracting services, distribution partners and sales organization. Provides marketing assistance to field personnel and customers.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare the launch of new products: market research, positioning, competition, publications, value proposition ...

• Know in an updated way, the actions of the competition.

• Provide the commercial network with the necessary arguments to adequately counter objections from competitors and customers based on VS_&_SS

• Prepare the necessary marketing material: brochures, catalogs, etc ...

• Prepare product information necessary for each case, such as product registrations, technical data sheets, safety files, inserts ...

• Prepare and participate in Work-Shops, Congresses, Scientific Sessions and other events.

• Encourage the evaluation of products to generate scientific articles.

• Participate in the preparation of the contests, writing the technical part. In collaboration with Sales Application Specialist

• Keep all the data in the computer system (SAP) up to date to guarantee the reliability of the zGP,

• keep TEAMS database updated, as well as the Company's website.

• Work with Logistics to manage all types of product incidents: back orders, stock dimension, purchase equipment forecast, etc…

• Maintain contact with those represented in matters relating to technical issues, incidents, product information. He/She holds regular follow-up meetings and attends meetings and courses of Distributors.

• Maintain a fluid relationship with the different KOL and support the commercial network in the visits that require it.

• Train the different members of the commercial network (AM's, GA's, KAM's and SAS's).

• Where there is no Product Specialist, assume its responsibilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

• Education: University Degree Biology / Biomedicine/ Chemistry / Pharmacology / Medical Technology

• Experience: Valuable - Clinical analysis laboratory background/ knowledge on autoimmunity

• Additional Skills/Knowledge:

o Specific training in Marketing

o Language:

 Spanish and English fluent

 Portuguese desirable
