Location: Lisboa (Portugal)
Position Summary
This position will be part of the Tenders Department in Werfen Portugal and will be responsible for the price applications (telf/fax/mail/ platforms) and contacts management with internal and external costumers. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for analysis, updates and price discrepancies.

Min Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a customer service department or division within the Healthcare sector is a plus
- High school degree
- User level computer skills (Office, SAP)

- Knowledge of basic administration
- Experience in customer service and/or as sales assistant
- Language fluency: Spanish, English
