About the Position

Job Summary

Reporting to the VP Global HR & Comms. and dotted line to the Global HR Coordinator, the Global HR Specialist will support a wide range of HR programs and projects that help to build organizational capability and drive alignment and consistency across the Werfen organization in close collaboration with the full global HR community and critical internal stakeholders and target audiences.

 

Key Accountabilities

GLOBAL PROJECTS and PROGRAMS

· Support in the design and implementation of the strategic, global initiatives identified by the Global HR Team, with a special focus on digital HR programs and initiatives

· Ensure that the implementation of projects across the organization are effective, following up with key stakeholders on feedback for continuous improvement

· Develop and follow-up on robust project plans with key milestones and deadlines

· Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate the quality of programs / tools / processes and the level of impact across the organization during and after their implementation

· Identify ongoing metrics to track the effectiveness of programs and projects and identify ongoing changes that can be implemented in order to improve the program / project and provide additional value to the organization

· Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations, identifyin g when and where to involve key players

· Collect and analyze critical program data for HR processes and programs, including creating reports with key insights and recommended actions

· Support the development of materials that will support the deployment/implementation of corporate projects: framework, tip-sheets, toolkits, videos, training materials, etc.

INFORMATION SYSTEM SUPPORT

· Support the Global HRIS Specialist in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all data entered in our global HR database.

· Support Global HRIS Specialist in day-to-day end-user help requests

· Perform group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and researches/reports on any data discrepancies

OTHER GLOBAL HR SUPPORT

· Keep track of the Global HR email inbox for interest in positions (respond to potential candidates, review and store the resumes, distribute the resumes to the right people, as appropriate)

· Support the internal Global Job posting and posting on Corporate Website

· Support company LinkedIn site.

· Provide support during MBA recruitment processes and on a regular basis.

· Support in maintaining and developing content for the HR section of the WeNet page.

 

Networking/Key relationships

With the Global HR and Communications department based in Barcelona, the HR Leads and Teams at the local level, and key stakeholders across the organization.

 

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

· Education: University Degree in Organizational Psychology, or related

· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work experience in an HR department

  • Additional Skills/Knowledge:

o Experience working with Digital HR projects, including designing and/or implementing a global Learning Management System

o Extensive knowledge of HR frameworks, tools, policies and processes

o Language: English (Native), Spanish (basic)
