Field Service Engineer - Campus Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Instrument technical performance and customer satisfaction on Service in their customers.
• Provides customer support through the performance of on-site installations and necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service and repair of complex instruments and systems.
• Proficiently use tools such as WerfenDOCs, and continuously learn and improve maintenance skills.
• Coordinate and resolve customer issues through cross-collaboration
• Is responsible for complying with all Werfen policies and procedures
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Area Service Manager/Field Service Director

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology or related industry.
• Possess good learning abilities
• Good English skills
• Proficient in MS Office Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), general PC skills, IT knowledge and network setup and connection
• Possess some organizational skills, communication abilities, and team spirit
