About the Position
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Instrument technical performance and customer satisfaction on Service in their customers.
- Provides customer support through the performance of on-site installations and necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service and repair of complex instruments and systems.
- Proficiently use tools such as WerfenDOCs, and continuously learn and improve maintenance skills.
- Coordinate and resolve customer issues through cross-collaboration
- Is responsible for complying with all Werfen policies and procedures
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Area Service Manager/Field Service Director
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology or related industry.
- Possess good learning abilities
- Good English skills
- Proficient in MS Office Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), general PC skills, IT knowledge and network setup and connection
- Possess some organizational skills, communication abilities, and team spirit
