About the Position

Position Summary

Implement marketing strategies jointly developed with all departments in the company. Orientate the workflow of marketing and advertising by promoting interdepartmental communications and managing internal and external communications, providing support tools in Spanish and Portuguese.

Key Accountabilities

• Promote the use of our web page and keep it updated.

• Handle SEO strategy for the company improving organic search engine performance.

• Improve the company's social media profiles and presence, including Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

• Keep updated the international document manager with Teams by Microsoft.

• Create and spread videos: interviews, tutorials, demos, etc.

• Prepare marketing support tools like flyers, posters, roll up, photo call, catalogues, videos, photographs, and newsletters to externa! and internal use.

• Manage the participation in congresses and seminars.

• Ensure that all the documentation is in Spanish and Portuguese.

• Publications in specializes magazines and digital platforms.

• Webinar, seminars and congress organization.

• Create and maintain a relationship with the community managers of our clients.

• Promote live interaction in social networks of any event.

• Create news for internal and external use.

• Analyze the impact of our digital content within our networks and web.

• Create courses with i-spring application.

• Creation of courses on the WeLearn.

Internal Networking/Key relationships

• This position requires cooperating with different company departments, such Product, Commercial, Technical Service and Transversal Departments.

• Evaluate new technologies to improve and optimize marketing team performance.

Min Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

• Education: academic degree in a Scientific field and/or Communication.

• Experience in similar position with the following skills and knowledge.

Additional Skills/Knowledge:

• Web content edition with Drupal 8.

• Analyze the webpage statistics by using Piwik.

• Social Media knowledge for professional use.

• Develop an email marketing campaign.

• Video edition and production.

• Use office software and corporate Tool Systems (Microsoft and SAP).

• Proficiency with Adobe (particularly Photoshop, In Design, Premiere Pro and illustrator).

• Hype knowledge for Science go content creation.

• Camtasia knowledge for video creation.

• Brigthcove platform knowledge to upload videos.

• Knowledge in Drupal to manage the website.

• Knowledge in i-spring to generate online courses.

• Knowledge the new digital tools that the market presents.

• Language: Spanish, English, and Portuguese mandatory.
