Overview

Job Summary

Administrative and logistical processing of orders for instruments, licenses, reagents, and consumables (pre‑ and post‑sales), as well as all types of customer contracts or tenders, in strict compliance with commercial agreements and internal procedures.

Within the France scope, covering all Werfen product ranges, acting as one of the key points of contact for Transfusion and Transplant activities. For the Transfusion and Transplant ranges, covering the Dutch‑speaking territories of Benelux.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

  • Process orders, licenses, reagents, and consumables, both pre- and post-sales, in compliance with procedures and commercial agreements.
  • Manage customer and partner data via SAP and EDI platforms, ensuring information is kept up to date for efficient workflow.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of commercial offers and tenders, and manage billing related to rentals, subscriptions, and services.
  • Contribute to service quality and internal/external communication, particularly during congresses and customer events.
  • Comply with regulations, quality policies, and Werfen’s code of ethics, while contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

  • BTS qualification in Sales (Action Commerciale) or Retail Management (Management des Unités Commerciales).
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales administration (ADV) or a commercial/customer service role.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Office 365, and customer ordering platforms.
  • English is desirable; any additional language is a plus.
  • Key competencies: customer focus, attention to detail, teamwork, proactivity, organization, analytical skills, and clear communication.
