About the Position
Position summary
The position of Product Manager of Blood Gas in the marketing area implies a deep and directed knowledge of Blood Gas and Acute Care of Patients, including portfolio and scientific/clinical component. You will manage key topics within the Business Unit. It includes a series of responsibilities detailed below, of which the following stand out: product launches, monitoring current and future customers, monitoring validations and scientific studies, contacting KOLs and attending internal and external meetings/events.

Leadership Meetings with General Manager

Fiori: Market Mapping with the inclusion of competitors in competitive and Value of the Business (VOB) accounts

Coordinate Scientific Training (theoretical and practical/hands-on) for direct customers, dealers and Helpline in the Office together with Scientific Support Manager (part of the annual calendar)

Meeting for Dealers and Commercial Werfen focused on topics such as: competition, product launches, updating product or scientific information, use of Health Economics calculators, among others.

Management of the creation of new and updated content for Werfen Academy Corporate (customers) and WeLearn (internal)

Minimum Knowledge and Experience required for the Function (education, experience and training)
Education

Complete higher education in: Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Biology or the others similar

Intermediate or high knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment

Experience
Minimum of 3 years working in a Clinical Laboratory or in Scientific Advisory/Product Specialist o Previous contact with the ACDx area and, ideally, a high level of expertise in ACDx
Trainings
Language:

Portuguese: Native or Advanced (minimum C1 by international criteria)

English: Intermediate (minimum B1 by international criteria)
