QUANTA Lite® ASCA (S. cerevisiae) IgA

This assay is designed for the detection of anti-Saccharomyces cerevisiae IgA antibodies in human serum. The presence of these antibodies can aid in the diagnosis of patients with Crohn's disease. The QUANTA Lite ® ASCA (S. cerevisiae) IgA kit should not be used as a screening test for ASCA, since some Crohn's disease patients do not have ASCA IgA antibodies.
