Responsibilities
- Serve existing users and VIP customers
- Maintain customer relationships • Solve customer complaints and related application issues
- Train customers on related product applications
- Achieve or exceed reagent sales target within the area
- Promote Werfen products and protect existing businesses
- Organize academic conferences to promote Werfen products
- Set targets and make sure to achieve targets for the whole application team
- Manage the application team and hold regular team meetings
- Organize application team to learn professional knowledge
- Improve the service level of application teams
- Report the application team's work situation and customer status to the area sales manager
- Organize distributor training • Proactively build expert networks
- Support sales activities
- Perform other tasks as assigned
