Location: L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona Area, Spain)


Position Summary

The holder of the position (m/f) will be part of the dynamic tenders department for Werfen in Iberia and responsible for price applications (telf/fax/mail/ platforms), management, receptions and replies contact internal and external costumers. In addition maintenance of price updates, and price discrepancies. Management of offers and prices and related tasks. Also prices and orders of services products.

• Management of all offers and prices and related tasks


Internal Networking/Key relationships

With other internal departments such as Finance, Logistics, Customer Service, etc.

Min Knowledge & Experience required for the position

• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a customer service department or division within the Healthcare sector is a plus

• High school degree • User level computer skills (Office, SAP)

• Quality system

• Knowledge of basic administration

• Experience in costumer service and/or as sales assistant

• Language fluency: Spanish, English, Catalan
