About the Position

Objective of the position

Lead the management and development of the business unit, ensuring compliance with the strategic objectives of the line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design the strategy based on a work of segmentation of the target client and set objectives.
  • Design the marketing activity plan.
  • Define the business plan for the correct commercialization of werfen's Clinical Software solution.
  • Development and implementation of the communication plan and the business plan for the sales team.
  • Development of the digital plan and promotional materials for customers and users.
  • Responsible for the P&L ensuring the profitability of the business, supervising and monitoring the results of the business.
  • Manage marketing budgets , investments, suppliers, systems, etc., that directly affect the profitability of the business.
  • Continuously perform a clear analysis of competence according to the strategies previously defined by the organization.
  • Definition of the pricing policy.
  • Management and development of opinion leaders, champions and main stakeholders.
  • Launch of new products.

Minimum knowledge and experience required for the position:

  • Education / training: Bachelor's degree in commercial area, Engineering, Health Areas or Systems.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years as a Product Manager/Specialist .
    • Desirable 2-3 years in sale of intangibles (Systems, Software, technology).
  • Additional skills/ knowledge: Advanced office packaging, SAP, CRM management.
  • Language: Advanced English.
